1963 October
Satoru Saito (Present chairman of Esu Esu Sangyo Co., Ltd.)
personally-established Esu Esu Shokai at Tenya-machi in Hakata, Fukuoka,
with starting development of Japanese mortarization.
Developed and started sales of car liquid battery for gas stations, and started sales of consumable supplies.
1970 April
Esu Esu Shokai was incorporated and newly established as Esu Esu Sangyo Co., Ltd. with two million yen in capital.
Head office was moved to Enokida-machi in Hakata, Fukuoka.
Specialized in sales of packing materials for general corporations.
1970 July
Established office in the area of Fukuoka central vegetable and fruit market.
1973 April
Established Hoken Co., Ltd. with 10 million yen in capital, after separation and independence of the office in the area of Fukuoka central vegetable and fruit market.
Started sales of packing materials for marine products processors.
1973 September
Constructed distribution center at Tsuya in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka.
1974 September
Esu Esu Sangyo Co., Ltd. increased capital with 6 million yen.
1978 April
Developed and started sales of packing material supplies with private brand (PB) for retail stores, which it was the first trial service in the country.
1979 October
Esu Esu Sangyo Co., Ltd. increased capital with 10 million yen.
1981 September
Ensured planned construction site of head office and distribution center at the present location.
1986 October
Head office was moved to the present location.
1988 June
Constructed Hoken's warehouse and parking lot at adjoining land in head office.
1993 June
Esu Esu Sangyo Co., Ltd. increased capital with 30 million yen.
1997 March
Exceeded sales amount by 30 billion yen.
1998 April
Established Just Time 24 Co., Ltd., mail-order company.
1999 April
Regularized import trade duties.
2003 March
Established simulation room in head office, that display goods as in home center.
Installed large computer system for retail stores.
2004 January
Contracted distribution warehouses in Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima, as a base of distribution.
2004 June
Received the authorization of the management innovation plan from Fukuoka Prefecture, in support method of management innovation on medium and small-sized business.
2005 October
Ensured extended constsruction site of distribution center at adjoining land in head office.
2006 March
Exceeded amount of goods purchased by 10 billion yen.
2007 April
As the succession of a business for management base reinforcement and business strategy development to the future, Satoru Saito, a founder and the first president of Esu Esu Sangyo, took office as a chairman; Koji Saito took office as a president.
2007 August
Rebuilt distribution center to the packing processing center.
2008 April
Installed improved-version large computer system for retail stores.
2009 April
Registered as "Eco office" by Fukuoka Prefecture sponsorship.
2011 April
Established Osaka branch office.
